Ekiti State Governor, Ayo Fayose has taken to Twitter to ask Buhari 8 critical questions concerning the President's anti-corruption campaign.

1. I ask our President, what has happened to the report on the $43m discovered in an apartment at Osbourne Towers, Ikoyi, Lagos?
2. What has happened to the allegation of award of $25bn contracts without following due process made against Dr. Baru by Dr Ibe Kachikwu?
3. What happened to the DSS indictment for corruption of Magu and the AGF Investigative Panel set up by the President?
4. Who is the owner of LEGICO Shopping Plaza, Ahmadu Bello Way, VI, Lagos inside which the EFCC claimed that it found N448.8 million cash?
5. Who brought the five sacks in which the EFCC claimed that it found N49 million cash to the Kaduna Airport?
6. What happened to the probe panel on the alleged N500m bribery said to have been paid to the Chief of Staff (COS), Abba Kyari by MTN?
7. Most importantly,,, what has happened to the report submitted on Tuesday on the fraudulent reinstatement of Maina?

Former President Chief Olusegun Obasango, Charles Soludo and Tony Elumeu Co-founded the Africa Finance Corporation

The former president Olusegun Obasanjo, Tony O. Elumelu and Charles C. Soludo were recognized as the founding board members of the Africa Finance Corporation during the 10 years anniversary gala that the AFC was founded. In a post by Tony Elumelu, he revealed how they had the dream 10 years ago to build the Africa version of World Bank's IFC which led to the founding of Africa Finance Corporation. The Purpose Of The $5.5bn Nigeria Is Seeking To Borrow - Federal Ministry Of Finance

The federal ministry of finance in a series of tweets on Friday stated how the $5.5bn Nigeria is seeking to borrow will be used; The $5.5bn Nigeria is seeking to borrow is made up of $2.5bn to finance the 2017 budget deficit and $3bn to refinance LEGACY domestic debt.  The $3bn component will not result in an increase in the public debt. It is purely a portfolio restructuring activity.   Nigeria's new Debt Management Strategy has main goal, the re-balancing of public debt portfolio in favour of long-term external debt.  What this means is we're going to be replacing domestic debt—which is mostly short-term—with cheaper & longer-term external debt  The $3bn of the $5.5bn is solely for the purpose of this refinancing/re-balancing of our debt portfolio.
